All VÖGELN objects ship from Hong Kong.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–5 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Hong Kong
public holidays are processed from the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Carriers

Carrier is assigned at dispatch based on destination and availability. Tracking information will be provided for all orders via your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout where offered. Express shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country.
These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your
order total at checkout.

VÖGELN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you are unsure about import regulations in
your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. VÖGELN is not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@vogeln.net with your order number and we will investigate.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs, we will
contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
