Every VÖGELN object is inspected before it leaves us. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Sealed Objects — Full Return
If the vacuum seal is intact and undamaged, you may return the object within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
The object must be in its original condition and original packaging. The seal must not be broken or tampered with in any way.
Return shipping is covered by VÖGELN for orders within Hong Kong. For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@vogeln.net with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions.
Opened Objects — Exchange Only
Once the vacuum seal has been broken, the object is no longer eligible for a refund. It may be exchanged for another size or available piece of equal value, subject to availability.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@vogeln.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Objects
If your object arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@vogeln.net within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damage or discrepancy. We will resolve it at no cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned object, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time beyond this window.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, no product categories are excluded from this policy beyond the sealed/opened conditions described above.
